Single Malt Whisky

For the production of Elements Red Wine Cask single malt whisky, ex-bourbon barrels and ex-Israeli red wine barrels are used, which, also thanks to the Mediterranean climate, the variety of soil types, warm sunny days and cool nights, provide unique spice.

All M&H whiskies are aged for at least 3 years, as per Scottish regulations. Maturation in high-temperature regions also allows for the production of whiskies with unusual richness despite the aging process not being prolonged: the angels' share, or the liquid lost during whisky aging, averages around 12% per year.

TASTING NOTES: On the palate it is spicy and floral, with subtle notes of oak and vanilla. The finish is of medium length.

OLFACTORY NOTES: The nose perceives fruity and mineral aromas, with notes of dark chocolate.
