Single Malt Whisky

The whisky is aged in ex-sherry, Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez casks, and ex-bourbon casks, resulting in an incredibly complex product.

All M&H whiskies are aged for at least 3 years, as per Scottish regulations. Furthermore, maturation in high-temperature areas allows for whiskies of unusual fullness, despite the aging period not being prolonged: the angels' share, which is the liquid lost during whisky aging, averages around 12% per year.

TASTING NOTES: On the palate, it is sweet and fruity, with notes of dark chocolate and delicate oak notes. The finish is long, with emerging notes of tobacco.

AROMATIC NOTES: On the nose, it releases aromas of red fruits, caramel, and citrus.
