The Michter's US*1 Original Sour Mash Whiskey is not just any bourbon, but the pioneer of a unique type of whiskey. This American spirit is produced with a grain mixture where corn, which makes up almost 50%, is combined with some rye and malted barley. A distinctive aspect is the use of the yeasts from the previous fermentation, a craft technique that guarantees an unmistakable flavor.

Intense amber, it smells of cinnamon, vanilla and caramel, while on the palate it is soft, round and persistent, with a layered taste reminiscent of caramel and oak.
