AUTHENTIC NATIVE RUM – WILD
Autentico Nativo Salvaje is a rum produced from sugarcane with a high sugar content, coming from the favorable Panamanian territory.
Here, sugarcane grows in ideal conditions thanks to a tropical climate, with average temperatures between 27 and 35 degrees Celsius, and the many rivers in the territory.
After processing the sugarcane, the resulting molasses is first fermented and then distilled in centuries-old copper column stills. From here, the obtained rum is aged for a period of 6 to 10 years in oak barrels previously used for bourbon. The rums thus obtained are then blended by the expert hand of Eduardo Perez.

Despite the unfortunate year, 2020 was still a fruitful year for Auténtico Nativo. In that year, it won the "20 years old Rum of the Year" award at the New York International Spirits Competition.
