Produced from sugarcane juice, Bally Pyramide 7-year-old is an agricultural rum from Martinique, aged for 7 years in ex-bourbon American white oak barrels. The Pyramide bottle it comes in was designed by Jaques Bally himself in 1930. Elegant, pleasant, and medium-complex, it is characterized by sweet, toasted notes. The nose reveals strong notes of dried fruit and apricot, while on the palate, spice and cinnamon are followed by anise and vanilla. It has a dry and toasted finish.
