BIELLE Organic White Rum
Rhum Blanc Bio comes from organic sugarcane production.
Bielle rums are produced artisanally, pursuing the desire to create rums that are an authentic expression of the island's consumption habits. Sugarcane is cultivated and processed by various local producers following traditional techniques. Once ripe, the sugarcane is hand-cut by farmers and then transported to the Bielle distillery. At the distillery, the quality of the sugarcane is checked: only the best sugarcane with the correct sugar content is shredded to obtain the juice. The fresh sugarcane juice obtained from pressing is fermented for 36-48 hours and then distilled.
