Aerston Single Malt Scotch Whisky Sea Cask is the result of malted barley distillation. Fermentation takes place with selected yeasts. Its name is a tribute to its aging: this crucial part of the production lasts 10 years and takes place in warehouses located on the coast of Ayrshire county, southwest of Glasgow, in the heart of the Scottish Lowlands. For the Sea Cask version, the influence of the sea brings pleasant iodized and marine notes.
