Aerston Single Malt Scotch Whisky Land Cask is the result of the distillation of peated malted barley from the Scottish Highlands. Fermentation takes place with selected yeasts. Its name is a tribute to the aging process: this crucial part of production lasts 10 years and takes place in warehouses located inland in Ayrshire county, south-west of Glasgow, in the heart of the Scottish Lowlands. Aerstone Land Cask is characterized by peaty and slightly smoky notes.
