Single malt composed of the best whiskies distilled in small batches in Blair Athol, in the Highlands. The selection includes whiskies aged between 5 and 8 years, matured in ex-bourbon oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES: Shepherd brings to mind Scottish orchards that shepherds encounter on their way to pasture. On the palate, it evokes fruity notes, with hints of vanilla, malt, hazelnut, white pepper, and thyme.
