Unpeated Blended Japanese whisky
The small Kurayoshi distillery of Shuzo Matsui has a very recent but promising history: located at the foot of Mount Daisen, on the coast of Tottori Prefecture, in the southern part of Honshu island, it draws water from an absolutely high-quality source and benefits from a microclimate that guarantees an annual temperature range, influenced by the Sea of Japan, perfect for whisky aging, with conditions similar to the Scottish islands.
Tasting Notes

Nose: pear, vanilla, apricot
Palate: melon, pear, ginger, a slight hint of vanilla, frankincense
Finish: well-balanced, with a warm and sweet finish
