This mountain whisky has been aged for long seasons in oak casks and then matured further in casks previously used to age the extraordinary Passito wine of Pantelleria on the magnificent Mediterranean island.

The Alpine region of Trentino Alto Adige is decidedly the emblem of the Italian mountains. A small and fortunate territory rich in green meadows, pristine forests, high peaks, pure water streams, glaciers of the Brenta Dolomites where fresh and crystalline water flows. For over 170 years, the Dolzan family has continued the tradition of distillation in this wonderful environment, paying great attention and respect to nature and ancient mountain practices such as high-altitude barley cultivation.

AROMA: refined, intense, pleasantly fruity with ripe and candied citrus, enriched with notes of sweet almond and acacia honey.

TASTE: particularly delicate, with an authoritative aromatic, floral and fruity bouquet, and a slight minerality on the finish.
